The unit does not cancel noise very well. Bose sleep buds are much better and 1/2 the price. Biggest issue is returns. You have to return to FINLAND! which costs over $80.00 with custom fees, etc. using USPS.
They do not tell you this in their return policy, just that you have to pay for shipping back. Nothing about custom fees and going all the way back to Finland.
DO NOT BOTHER! Not certain where all the great reviews came from but SAVE YOUR MONEY and Buy Bose Sleep buds.

It took me a few days to work out a suitable method of inserting the sleep buds into my ears correctly (and selecting the correct size!) but now, after persisting and watching a lot of youtube videos, I am having great results. I would have liked to see a 'user forum' where people who have actually purchased QuietOn sleep buds could discuss problems but only a suggestion. Great product, just needs clearer, non simplified, instructions.

17 days and my order hasn't been processed. On there website, they say 4-7 days processing time. My mail from one week ago is also not answered. But you have to pay the whole amount of 259 € immediately! This is actually a loan, but I'm a private person and not a bank! At least the chat worked, but the company can't explain, why so many customers say, that the product don't works and also not, why it isn't selled over other merchants like Amazon for example. Altogether this seems suspicious for me, maybe this is a big fraud, what's going on here! But I hope it's not, because I really need this for sleep! That means I'm still waiting and hoping that the ANC works. The question is, how long should I wait until I have to assume that I never get this product and therefore have to cancel my order that I get my money back? One month? Two months? Really frustrating!

Update 8th of May:
The company at least replied to my questions over chat but can't really explain, why their warehouse (another company in Netherlands) is so unreliable and why they are making wrong statements on the processing time. At least they explained why the product don't works to some people and why they are not working with Amazon. If it finally works for me, I will change the rating. For now it's still not shipped but paid.

I was extremely disappointed in the experience with the product, customer service and return policy. The product does not work and does not achieve the results advertised whatsoever. I have tried and re-tried using all the information they provided as part of their customer support. The cost to ship the product back was so high that returning the product was not worth it. I would recommend you do NOT purchase this product.

Very minimal noise cancelling. And even worse customer service. They make returns difficult, expensive and with no guarantee of getting any of your money back. They say they communicate but it is more them telling you how it is than wanting to provide good customer care.

The product probably works for some people - it didn’t for me and I was disappointed with the quality. The real problem though is with the customer services - look out for the other reviews on here about failed returns - it’s what happened to me and is all too common to be a coincidence. The communications I got from the company were really unhelpful in every way. Having to now try and get my money back through my credit card company.

Do not buy this product! My partner brought me these to help with sleeping (he snores badly) he unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before hand, I used silicon putty ones at the moment and the quiteon ones didn’t work any better, we requested a return, did everything as requested I even wrote on both sides of the parcel and inside the parcel with all the details as requested, paid £15 to send this back and waited and waited while the parcel was still in customs - checked today and they have rejected the parcel and have returned it to us! What a con - when you complain and when write a bad review you get a copy and paste reply as per our t&c’s la la it got rejected!!! Don’t waste your time and effort - if you want to try these without spending £250 get in touch with me and I can forward the ones they have returned back to us.

QuietOn 3.1 sleep earbuds has helped me get more restful sleep. I live on a busy road with traffic flying by at all times of the day. I wear them at night since my bedroom is not more than 30 yards away from the street to help reduce noises up to 70-80 dB down to a reasonable level for maintaining a deep sleep. I've even worn the earbuds midday while working from home to avoid distractions from other noises in the house.

I am a very light sleeper and a highly sensitive person and this product is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. I live in an apartment with people above and beside me and the earbuds block out the sound of my neighbors talking and watching tv. I can still hear the footsteps of my neighbor’s toddler upstairs when runs and plays and I would probably be able to hear someone snoring loudly if they were sleeping beside me but as I said; I’m really sensitive to sound. I am so grateful I found these earbuds because they block out background noises so well and help me get deep sleep at night even while living in an apartment. Thanks, QuietOn!

Horrible disappointment, they barely do any ANC - perhaps technically it is miniscule ANC effect so they can say ANC for marketing and get away with it.

Therefore no better than cheap foam ear plugs.

The 5-star praising 'it changed my life' type reviews are so clearly ridiculous and not authentic.

(I tried two pairs BTW and on the second did extensive and careful tests. I wanted them to work, they simply are not worth more than €3 foam plugs)

It’s a very cheap product and does not work efficiently
It does not cancel the noise
They charge the return shipping cost to paid from your pocket
Do not recommend this to anyone

They have no customer service or support, the earbuds hardly cancel any at all, my e-Mail requesting a phone call stayed unanswered. I then applied to return the buds, I have to pay the postage of € 14,00 for the return, they are trying to put you off with warnings to follow their instructions by the letter, otherwise you might get your parcel returned.
Regretting doing business with this set- up!

Omg I love it. I have a husband who snores loud and it kept me up for years. So frustrating. For the first time in a very long time I am able to sleep ... really sleep and I am able to get into a deep sleep ... what a game changer.

Doing my research I found your company - I was going to get the Bose one - which is music or sound based. I didn't want or need that. I just need to sleep, for it to be quiet. And for me to not feel something sticking me in my ears.

People need to know about this invention right here. May even save a few marriages. Just saying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd give less than 1 star if I could! This company is a complete and TOTAL scam! ALL of these 4 & 5-star ratings MUST come from paid testimonies.

The QuietOn earbuds are GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!

This garbage company had written clever content to make you believe their noise-cancelling technology works. IT DOES NOT WORK! I heard EVERYTHING when the "noise canceling" technology was engaged. It sounded just like it does when I have nothing in my ears!

This disgusting company then forces you to pay the shipping to have their crap product sent back to Finland! Meanwhile, the crap is shipped from an American-based distribution center. I paid $40+ to ship them back!

QuietOn, you should be thoroughly ashamed of your product and business practices. Your product does NOT work, and you're charging a fortune to hard-working people. Your scam of making customers pay for return shipping should be criminal.

I guarantee this scam company will be out of business soon enough. There is no room for improvement on a scam device that doesn't work in the first place.

Their customer service rep who chimes in here on the reviews is quite the character. She writes fluff about how "they're" sorry about the product not being for them! Don't fall for this ridiculous response. They do their best to turn people's reviews on them, so be aware when you read their cleverly crafted responses!

I will now contact the Better Business Bureau and write additional reviews to inform the public about these scam artists!

Awful service 3 weeks and im still waiting. No response to my calls . As another customer mentioned they are very quick to take your money ! Im fed up will be asking for a refund 😡😡
