"Decent, but I expected more for the price"
It works fine overall, but I feel a bit misled by the way it was presented. I expected it to be better for the price, and after trying it, I don’t think it’s worth paying full price for.

"Smooth order and quick delivery"
I ordered from quieton.com the whole process was really easy. I got the tracking email quickly, and the package even showed up a little earlier than I expected. "Finally getting real sleep despite the noise"
I wasn’t sure this would actually help, and I thought I might be expecting too much, but it’s been way better than earplugs for blocking out my neighbour’s TV and the street noise. It’s not completely silent or anything, so maybe it depends how sensitive you are, but for me it’s quiet enough that I’m finally sleeping properly.

"Quit on me after about a week"
It worked for a few days and then just stopped after about a week. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t call it reliable at all.

"Bad timing and slow support"
I liked the idea of the product, but trying to get help was frustrating. I emailed with a question and didn’t hear back for days, which was especially annoying because I needed an answer at that point, not a week later. When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I had to follow up again. Maybe they’re just swamped, but the timing was bad and the customer service felt weak overall.

Am I missing something here? These just never seem to fit right for me, and after a little while they start hurting my ears. I really wanted to like them, but they’re just uncomfortable for me

I really wanted to like these because the noise blocking is decent, but they just didn’t work well for me as a side sleeper. They sit far enough in my ear that once I’m lying on my side, I can definitely feel the pressure.
After a few hours my ear started getting sore, and I kept waking up to mess with them, which felt unnecessary when I was just trying to sleep. They might be fine if you sleep on your back, but they weren’t comfortable enough for me...

"I picked these up mainly to use..."
I picked these up mainly to use while I sleep, and the battery has been better than I expected. I can usually get through a few nights before I have to charge them, which was the main thing I cared about.
The charging case is simple to use, but I do wish there was a better way to tell how much battery is left. Like a clearer light or an actual percentage would help a lot. Whoever runs this should really think about adding that because I’m kind of guessing half the time.
Overall, I’m happy with them. They’re not perfect, but the battery life has been solid enough that I’d give them 4 stars
